Reese Witherspoon shared a photo of a cake on Instagram with the words "I'm glad I used elastic pants" on top.

"Preparing for tomorrow", wrote the actress and producer.

"Wherever I am, I hope your vacation is successful," wrote actor Henry Winkler.

The pop group Pentatonix was a bit cold in rehearsals for the Macy's fashion show.

"Get famous by singing at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday," wrote member Kirstin Maldonado.

Josh Groban made it clear that he would eat many yams on Thursday: "This thanksgiving, my metamorphosis into a real yam will be complete," he joked on Twitter.

Maybe that "metamorphosis" came a little early? Groban started another Christmas-themed tweet before switching to capital letters and declaring "OH GOD WHAT HAPPENS", followed by 32 yam emojis.

And did we mention that the current profile picture of Groban is a yam? Maybe someone should control it.

And Kristin Chenoweth posted a photo of a festive setback.

When asked about Christmas traditions, William Shatner realized what was important to him on Thanksgiving Day: "Eat.

And Andy Richter hopes that the recent outbreak of Romaine lettuce E. coli will not ruin his family's dessert plans.
