The sun is rising in a new king.
In a Thanksgiving surprise, Disney released the first trailer of the next live action movie. The Lion King.
Directed by Jon Favreau, who previously directed the live action film 2016 The book of the jungleFans of the original 1994 film will be transported instantly to the famous Circle of Life.
"Everything that touches the light is our kingdom, but the time of a king as ruler rises and falls like the sun," Musfasa said in a voice-over as the camera roamed the African landscape.
"One day, the sun will settle on my time here, and it will go out with you as the new king," he said as the iconic song "Circle of Life" by Carmen Twillie and Lebo M. began playing.

James Earl Jones returns to play his role as Mufasa and joins Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé as Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Alfre Woodard as the mother of Simba Sarabi, John Kani as Rafiki, Seth Rogen Pumbaa and Billy Eichner as Timon .
Favreau shared a photo of himself in October with Glover, Rogen and Eichner with the simple title, "#lionking".

Disney announced the movie in September 2017 after its update The book of the jungle It became a box office and critical hit. (A sequel is already in the works).
