Bob Dylan made a rare appearance at night on Thursday Tonight show while the music legend drank whiskey and watched Big Apple Circus with Jimmy Fallon.
In the two-minute sketch, scored by Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie No. 1", Dylan and Fallon enjoy the singer's new Whiskey Heaven & # 39; s Door while witnessing a private performance of the Big Apple Circus.
Halfway through the circus routine, however, Fallon realizes that Dylan is gone. "Where's Bob?" The night show asks the circus leader, who insists that Dylan was never in the audience and that Fallon was alone all the time. Fallon then asks: "What was in that whiskey?"
"I want to thank Bob Dylan for doing that, he has this amazing new whiskey called Heaven & s Door," said Fallon in the Tonight show set. "Bob, I'm going to have a drink for you right now."
Dylan's last appearance at night came in May 2015, when he performed "The Night We Call Him One Day" in one of David Letterman's final episodes where the late show was presented.
In April, Dylan revealed plans for his exclusive whiskey lines called Heaven's Door. "We both wanted to create a collection of American whiskeys that, in their own way, tell a story," Dylan said in a statement at the time. "I've been traveling for decades and I've been able to try some of the best spirits the whiskey world has to offer, this is a great whiskey."
