Toni Braxton just wants her engagement ring back on her finger!
The 51-year-old singer approached Twitter on Tuesday to reveal that her promised engagement ring Birdman has disappeared, after her luggage was lost on a recent Delta flight.
"Hi everyone, @ delta located my LV train bag! Yay! Unfortunately, most of my jewelry items have disappeared … including MY COMMITMENT RING!" Braxton wrote. "Whoever took it … PLEASE, return it! I promise, no questions!"
The GRAMMY winner, who nicknamed her ring, Bonnie, also shared the news on her Instagram. "I felt like I did before, but today I'm sad! Missing is missing the engagement ring, but I'm optimistic that someone will find Bonnie and return her home!" she wrote.
Fortunately, Delta seems to be in the case, as he tweeted at Braxton on Tuesday. "Hello, Toni, I'm very sorry to hear this and my most sincere apologies, I see you were in contact with a team member at the airport, just a moment, please, while I'm watching this. * HAN," the airline wrote.
Braxton confirmed his commitment to Birdman (real name Bryan Christopher Williams) in February, after almost two years of courtship.
The following month, she opened up to ET about how she knew the rapper was the one. "He and I have been friends for a long time, for about 17 years and he just grew from friendship to more than that," he said.
"So you have to keep your friends close," he added. "You never know what can happen."
The singer also shared details of her upcoming wedding with ET. Look down.
