Results of WWE SmackDown 1000, summary, ratings: Great returns, title change, highlight milestone episode

adminOctober 17, 2018

SmackDown Live this week was a night of celebration. Tuesday night marked the 1,000th episode for the blue brand, which began operating in April 1999. SmackDown 1,000 was a program that had everything from popular faces of the past to some good matches, a high-heel spin, and even we witnessed a change of championship. Hands in the historical episode.

Without a doubt, it was a remarkable night in SmackDown 1,000, but if there is something we have all learned over the years, there is no WWE celebration without introducing the family that is responsible for all this. And because SmackDown 1,000 on Tuesday night was so epic, the patriarch even graced us with his presence from the beginning.

WWE SmackDown 1,000 results, ratings.

An opening segment of McMahon: The historic episode of SmackDown 1000 opened with an episode of "Truth TV", with R-Truth and Carmella in the ring to open the program after an incredible package of videos. Truth said there have been many memorable moments in the history of "Truth TV", but none like tonight. Carmella remembered in a funny way to Truth that the program only had one episode, so, of course, it was time for a dance break of 7 seconds. After another break for the dance, Carmella said it was time to welcome her first guest, and the current Raw Commissioner, Stephanie McMahon, went to the ring.

McMahon remembered that she was the first general manager of SmackDown, and at that time she had a vision. It is so good to see how your vision comes to life. Before Truth can fire a question, the music of SmackDown commissioner Shane McMahon rang through the speakers to a huge pop (seeing he was absent for a while). Shane said the opening video package flooded him with many memories of every year, and then thanked the fans for making not only SmackDown, but WWE is the success it is. Stephanie intervened saying that Shane was just indulging, and Shane then welcomed the "show A". To get the crowd's attention, Stephanie said Raw was much better, saying she would not start a Monday night segment with "Truth TV." Before the brothers got too warm between them, it was time for Papi to intervene.

Yes, he hit "There is no chance in hell", the place was ballistic and Vince McMahon entered the ring. Vince told his children that nobody wants to see them fight and argue; People just want to be entertained. Vince wondered how he could entertain people, so he asked … a break to dance! Vince danced in the ring with Truth, Carmella, Stephanie and Shane to bow in the opening segment of SmackDown 1,000. Grade B +

The uses def. AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan through pinfall: The WWE champion and his challenger in Crown Jewel worked well together for most of the game, until the end. Bryan went to nail Jey Uso with a forearm, but instead he connected with Styles. The styles pushed Bryan directly to a Usk superkick before eating one of his own to give The Usos the victory. Grade B

GM SmackDown meet in the backstage: In the backstage, the camera showed Paige going out with Vickie Guerrero, before the man himself, and perhaps the general manager of the most remarkable blue brand in history, Teddy Long, appeared doing his signature dance. John Laurinaitis then made his way into the shot to finish the segment. Interestingly, he did not really hear himself speak.

The meeting of evolution warms up a bit: The music of the Evolution theme was heard when the program came back out of the commercial, and Ric Flair, Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista came out. Triple H began to reflect on how you can achieve 1,000 episodes. He said that you would achieve it by evolving. He said that the only way to celebrate it is to recover the only group that personifies the word "evolution". Flair made his quick return to the microphone, simply courting and strutting a little to get a great reaction from the crowd. Orton said it was a pleasure to start with the men who were in the ring with him, who just broke his butt to keep evolving; He even made a small foray into Batista's film career by saying he spends more time these days in a makeup chair.

Batista took his turn at the end and said he was a little nervous about being in the ring, but that he will enjoy it, and that he will ignore what Orton said. Batista said everyone knows that the last place he wants to be is with the microphone in his hand. He admitted that he came up with four reasons why he came back: he's back with the blue mark he helped build; they are in their hometown of Washington, D.C .; all the fans in the building brought him back, whether they love him or hate him; and the other members of Evolution with him because of how special they are together. "The animal" took the time to point out why each of its Evolution members is special. However, when it got to Triple H, things got uncomfortable. Batista said that "The Game" has done everything in his career, except to beat him. The two looked at each other a bit before hugging each other, but clearly they planted the seeds for something on the way. Grade A-

The Miz def. Rusev via pinfall (qualifying match for the World Cup): Miz got the summary after Aiden English distracted Rusev from abroad. After the match, Lana kicked the Englishman in the crotch, and Rusev proceeded to decimate his old friend abroad. Grade: D +

"Cutting Edge" turns into chaos: Edge came up with a huge pop for the announced "Cutting Edge" segment, and said things are not much bigger than SmackDown 1,000. He had to be here because SmackDown has always felt like his program, and from there he went over his list of achievements of the blue brand. The last few weeks, however, he's been watching something happen on SmackDown, and he of all people will try to be a moral compass. First, he welcomed the female SmackDown champion, Becky Lynch. Edge told Lynch that they have many similarities, and the champion said that she emulates Edge and that she appreciates being on the show. Edge said, like Lynch, that he had to scratch and scratch everything he had. However, he does not believe Lynch made the right decision by destroying his friendship with Charlotte Flair. He gave a lecture to Lynch from there on how, no matter how much he achieves in his career, he will be a single day celebrating everything and will end up not liking himself. Lynch agreed with Edge: she does not like her, rather she. loves herself. She told Edge to get out of her ring, and she made a sarcastic comment about being careful not to hurt her neck when leaving.

Flair left immediately and said that the only thing that matters to Lynch is that title. That's why he ran in Super Show-Down and last week before they put it on the LED board. Flair said that if she loves herself, then she will love what she is doing right now and will launch for the demolition. The two women fought before the officers left to separate them. Grade A-

SmackDown Tag Team Championship – The bar def. New day (c) to earn the titles: Sheamus and Cesaro were about to smash New Day outside, when suddenly, Big Show music hit. He came out and seemed to stalk The Bar, but instead, we had a high heel when Big Show pulled Kofi Kingston. In the ring, Big E got distracted and was nailed with Sheamus' Brogue Kick for 1-2-3. We have new SmackDown team champions. Now we need to discover exactly what is the relationship between Big Show and The Bar. Grade: C +

John Cena sends congratulations: A prerecorded promo was broadcast with Cena. He called his debut in "Relentless Aggression" on an episode of SmackDown where he challenged Kurt Angle, and said that 1,000 episodes do not happen without fans. Expect many more in the future.

Rey Mysterio def. Shinsuke Nakamura through pinfall (qualifying match for the World Cup): It was, as expected, a successful return for Mysterio when he begins his new career full time. Mysterio got the victory after hitting the 6-1-9 followed by the frog touch. The field of the WWE World Cup is now complete. Grade B

Undertaker sends a message: When Mysterio celebrated his victory, the bell rang, the lights went out and The Undertaker slowly descended into the ring. Taker took the microphone and said that, in Crown Jewel, he only has three words for D-Generation X: Rest in Peace. SmackDown 1,000 concluded with an Undertaker shot with his fist raised at the top of the ramp.
