– The show begins with a retrospective look at the past weekend NXT TakeOver: WarGames including clips from each game.

– Tonight's games were recorded last weekend at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Keith Lee vs Fidel Bravo

Crowd with a chant of "Keith Lee" as things start. Lee and Bravo close and Bravo is immediately pushed towards the corner. Try to enjoy the "Oh, bask in its glory!" I sing, but Bravo pushes Lee. Try to give it a suction stroke and Lee ends up easily dropping it. Double massive slap in the chest to bravo. Read with a running crossbody that flattens your opponent. Lee puts Bravo on his shoulders, modified hammer, deck, and we're done here.

Winner: Keith Lee through Pinfall

– Look back at Shayna Baszler holding the NXT Women's championship against Kairi Sane 2-1 in a match of two of three falls. After the game, Cathy Kelley spoke with Baszler about how (with the help of Jessamyn Duke and Marina Sharif) he won the victory over Sane. Baszler interrupts her and says that she is the only two times female champion and that she wants to talk more about that. Baszler goes on to say that there is no one who can stop the group.

– Look at Kassius Ohno and Matt Riddle coming and going in the NXT TakeOver: WarGames Pre-Show. At the beginning of TakeOver, Riddle put the microphone in the ring and called Ohno to a game. He would defeat Ohno in seconds after connecting with a knee high in the face.

– After the game, Sarah Schreiber spoke with Riddle and said she had the fastest unscheduled victory in NXT history. Riddle said he had run out of words with everything that had happened that night and having hit Ohno so fast was just the icing.

Lars Sullivan vs. Keyto Murray

Sullivan with a big body splashed in the corner, basement ties, the strange accident, the deck, and it's over!

Winner: Lars Sullivan through Pinfall

– After the game, Sullivan says it only serves as a warning that he wants what awaits him, a NXT Championship game Then he wanted to make sure that his point was very clear and that he gave Murray more club shots. Find another strange accident and Keith Lee runs out to stop that. He jumps Sullivan out of the ring.

– Johnny Gargano clips are shown taking Aleister Black on TakeOver. Black would get the victory after hitting two black kicks in Gargano. After the match, Schreiber asks Black if this is the end of his revenge against Gargano. He does not say anything, but then he stops by Candice LeRae. The two look at each other for a moment and LeRae leaves.

– A look back to NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa against Velveteen Dream on TakeOver. Ciampa would make DDT Dream in the steel partition between the two rings to retain his title. After the game, Cathy Kelley tried to get a word from Dream

– Behind the scenes, Keith Lee and Lars Sullivan look at each other. Next week, the two will meet in the ring.

– We see how WarGames descended between the indisputable era and Ricochet, Pete Dunne and War Raiders. After a crazy battle, Dunne, Ricochet and War Raiders would come out victorious.

Nikki Cross vs. Candice LeRae

The two lock themselves in, Cross backs LeRae in the corner and then laughs at her. LeRae pushes her a couple of times and Cross charges her, but throws herself to the canvas. Cross tries a crossbody, nobody at home. LeRae ends up in the apron, Cross slips under her and makes her stumble, catches her in the curtain of the ring and walks away. Cross is going to return LeRae to the ring, but he turns around and kicks Cross. LeRae with a trampoline knee that barely cuts Cross.

Back in the ring, LeRae with a kick, two counts, low dropkick, cover, two. Suplex back to back and a splash on the corner of Cross. LeRae defends herself with a bulldog running, a snap of the neck, a step back, Cross's back, the deck, two. Unpretentious strikes, try the lionsault, there is no one at home. The cross hits the purge, covers, and LeRae is kicked! Comment putting that no one has thrown out of that yet.

Cross sits LeRae on the top tensor, throws a couple of shots as he continues. LeRae tries a power bomb at dusk, but Cross holds on. LeRae then changes and hits a German suplex, sending Cross to the mat, the deck, two. Cross smiles as he gets up, LeRae with some bumps and chops in the corner. With LeRae raising her knees, LeRae kicks Cross's face to the mat, the gargano escapes, but Cross puts his feet on the rope. The cross stumbles over LeRae, puts its feet on the top rope, breaks the neck, covers, 1-2-3.
