The actor must respond to a court today for allegations of sexual harassment. It is the low point of an unprecedented decline so far.

It is December 24, 2018. Kevin Spacey has not spoken publicly for more than a year. Then he publishes a video. "We're not done here yet, and by the way: I know exactly what you want, you want me back," the actor said in the card clip.

Spacey portrays as Frank Underwood – the US President's serial number he embodied in the Netflix political thriller "House of Cards" for over 5 seasons. "Of course, there were some who believed everything and reach their breath because they want to hear how I admit everything, they want everything to be true, and I get what I deserve," he continues.

From Broadway to Oscar

What Spacey aims to publish the video is completely unclear. The weekly "Atlantic Ocean" speculates that he wants to distract with the bizarre and amateur video of his accusation, now being negotiated in Nantucket.

The current 59-year-old Kevin Spacey Fowler's career began on Broadway in the 1980s. In 1986, he made breakthroughs: In addition to Jack Lemmon, Peter Gallagher and Bethel Leslie, he plays Jamie in "One Long Day Journey in the Night". Then come the movies: "The Jury", "Seven" or "L.A. Confidential".

About ten years later, in 1996, he received his first Oscar – for the supporting role of Bryan Singer's "The Usual Suspects". And three years later he is at the top: He wins the Best Actor Oscar for his role as the disillusioned family man Lester Burnham in the movie "American Beauty".

More than 30 men accuse Spacey

Despite many films where he has been playing for the past 20 years, he is still true to the theater. From 2003 to 2015 he is artistic director at the Old Vic Theater in London. He controls many pieces.

As in the wake of the Weinstein affair in the fall of 2017, more and more concerned people threaten to the public, also claims about Spacey are high. In 1986, he claimed that he had drunk alcohol and sexually harassed 14-year-old actress Anthony Rapp at a party. Spacey replies that he can't remember. Instead, he took the opportunity to come out – a bizarre timing. He had refused for years to comment on the subject.

Also at London's Old Vic Theater, it should have been attacked. In total, he is accused of more than 30 men for sexually abusing her. Ridley Scott cuts him out in the fall of 2017 on his movie "All Money of the World", Netflix announces the collaboration for "House of Cards".

So when Spacey is paraded in front of the judge in Nantucket on the American East Coast, he leaves us with some great movies and a disturbing Christmas video. "We both shared everything, I entrusted you with my darkest secrets, I showed you exactly what people can do, I shocked you with my honesty, but most of all, I challenged you and made you think, it is in the clip on Christmas Eve .
