The long dispute between the actor Matt Damon and interview presenter Jimmy Kimmel picked up at Dodger Stadium for Game 5 of the World Series on Sunday night.
Damon, a native of Cambridge, and Kimmel were seen in the stands repeating the "I'm with Stupid" shirts, with arrows pointed at each other, in their respective team colors. The couple's hostile and joking relationship began in 2006, when Kimmel would end his homonym program by pretending there was no time for his last guest, Damon, even if the actor was not scheduled to make an appearance.
Since then, his antics have made their way to the post-Oscar specials, the Emmys and now the World Series. Joining Damon and Kimmel in the stands was an actor (and childhood friend of Damon) Ben Affleck, who also attended game 4 on Saturday.
They also attended the host of the talk show on Sunday. Conan O'Brien, Host of "Wheel of Fortune" Pat Sajakand actor Andy García.
