LOS ANGELES – Lindsey Buckingham is suing Fleetwood Mac for kicking him out of the band's new tour.
In the lawsuit, the Hollywood Reporter says that the guitarist and composer is looking for his part of the tour because he says he still wants and can act.
The suit names his bandmates Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie and John McVie.
Buckingham says that five days after the group appeared at Radio City Music Hall in January, the band would tour without him. He says he would have been paid at least $ 12 million for his share of the trip's income.
The band's publicist has not responded to an email for comments.
The tour of more than 50 cities began on October 3, with Mike Campbell and Neil Finn replacing Buckingham.
