LFO broke into the top 10 Billboard Hot 100 in 1999 with his hit "Summer Girls", the song that would be his biggest success. During their career, they would have other hits with songs like "Girl on TV" and "Every Other Time." Although their popularity would never reach the peaks they reached in the late 90s, the band continued to play and record. They released a new song, "Perfect 10", in 2017. There were plans to tour in 2018, but after doctors discovered a "tumor the size of a soccer ball" in Devin's adrenal gland, by TMZ, those plans were put on hold. Unfortunately, after removing the tumor, the doctors discovered that it was malignant and that it was stage 4 cancer.
