The separated husband of Jenni "JWoww" Farley is doing everything possible.
A month after filing for divorce in September, Farley, 32, joined Roger Mathews, 43, to celebrate his anniversary.
"Rome was not built in a day", Mathews, who shares two children with him The Jersey Shore Estrella, wrote next to a photo of the couple sharing dinner together.
Mathews, who previously promised to save his marriage, also had a special surprise in Farley's sleeve: a horse-drawn carriage ride.
In a video documenting romantic surprise, you can hear Farley asking, "Is that for us?"
"Your car waits," replied Mathews, which caused the star of reality to let out a laugh.
"It all started with a smile," subtitled the sweet video.

Showing his gentlemanly side as the couple approached the carriage, Matthews opened the door for Farley.
"Happy anniversary," he remarked.
"Oh, thank you," she answered before receiving a large bouquet of flowers from Mathews.
The duo got married in October 2015 after almost five years together.

Without revealing too much about her best friend's personal life, in early October, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi told PEOPLE that she was sure that her best friend "will be fine" when the divorce is resolved.
"He's doing amazing," said Polizzi, 30.
"They've been fighting each other since they got married, that's what you do in a marriage," Polizzi added. "No marriage is perfect, so I think they're going to be fine."

After nearly three years of marriage, Farley filed for divorce from Mathews on September 12, according to the New Jersey report. Asbury Park Press.
"The Plaintiff and the Respondent have irreconcilable differences that have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months, which makes it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no possibility of reconciliation," states the complaint. Farley.
Hours after the news of the filing of the divorce broke, Mathews shared an emotional video on social media, vowing that he "had not finished fighting" for his marriage.
"My wife filed for divorce, it's true," he said. "I do not blame her, there are no traps or fools, no juicy details." She simply got tired of the repetitive pattern in which we fell … and [it was] It's not a good one. "
"This is also true: I have not finished fighting," he added. "I'm going to get my wife back, I'm going to get her affection back, I'm going to get her love back, I do not intend to be a single father."
The couple shares their 4-year-old daughter Meilani Alexandra and her son Greyson Valor, 2.
