Teen mother 2 Star Jenelle Evans was hospitalized over the weekend, confirms PEOPLE.
The 911 chief of operations for Columbus County, North Carolina, tells PEOPLE that two police officers responded to a 911 call from Evans' home and her husband David Eason on October 13.
The call was made by a woman just before 10 p.m. and it was "called as an assault," says the boss.
An ambulance was also requested, but then it was canceled, the chief said: "The woman was transported to the hospital in a private vehicle."
A spokesperson for the Columbus County Sheriff's Office tells PEOPLE that no incident report was taken.
A representative of Evans tells PEOPLE that the MTV star "had friends on Saturday night and they had a bonfire on their property."
"Jenelle ended up stumbling and falling by the fire," adds the representative.
MTV did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comments. According to the reality summary of Ashley, who was the first to report the news, Evans was not filming when the incident occurred.
