Gerard Butler has obviously not forgotten his roots when he returned to Scotland to showcase some amazing scenery to the world.
The 49-year-old, from the lowland Paisley, is proud of his homeland and quickly reminded fans that this is where he is from.
The Hollywood star was in a patriotic mood as he filmed against a loch's backdrop and said, "Scotland. It's good to be home."
The mother lives in the Comrie area, where he is a regular visitor with fans who post pictures of A-Lister when he returns to see the family.
His video racked up over 300,000 views with over 4,500 comments from Americans enjoying the views of Scottish actors welcomed back.
One said, "Wow see how amazing Scotland looks" while another commented: "Home sweet home".
While a beaten user wrote, "I don't know what is more beautiful, nature or Gerard Butler."
The Law Abiding Citizen star recently visited Haiti to meet the children who benefit from their charity, Mary's Meals.
As part of his engagement with children on the Caribbean island, Butler turns his hand into something a little different this Christmas – steering a child's nativity play.
He said, "You get there and there are no costumes, no nothing, so we really started from scratch.
"They surprise you with their ingenuity and how they get the most out of the little they have … and suddenly you're like," This looks like a real game! "
