Attorneys of a woman and her two sons accused of the murder of their companions and dads in August 2015 in Nimes, were filed Thursday after NRJ 12 had sent a program they considered addicted.
This criminal complaint was filed with the prosecutor of Nîmes by Khadija Aoudia, Me Fadh Mihi and Meg Hélène Mordacq against two sisters of the victim and the NRJ Group for Witnessing, Violation of the Secret of Investigation and Hiding, Publishing Comments to Impact Justice .
Defense lawyers ask questions about the transmission of a report on November 27 at NRJ 12 in the issue of Crime and News – the daily Jean-Marc Morandini in a case that has not yet been sentenced.
"I regret that Mr. Morandini did not find it helpful to approach or inform the defense of this program. This is an intolerable attack on the innocence premise, the name, surname and image of the client were unveiled. In this program, we only have the interpretation of a deprived and angry civilian party, which does not match the truth of the case, says Maître Aoudia, adviser to the family of the family under accusation.
On September 1, 2015, a calcined body was discovered under a tunnel in Nimes. The victim was identified as Badre Fakir.
The attack by the girlfriend and two of the victim's sons took place a few weeks later, then they were accused of murder.
The danger of the victim pointed to the permanent violence she says she suffered from the deceased.
About ten days ago, the prosecutor in Nîmes made his final accusation and thought that there were enough items to return the three members of the family before assassination of killing. The investigating judge must now decide if these requisitions are to be followed or not.
Defense lawyers also appealed to the Higher Audiovisual Council (CSA).
