For many years against R. Kelly, there are serious allegations: The B-singer is said to have suppressed and sexually abused women. In the Lifetime documentary film "Survivor R. Kelly," his alleged victims now have their word.
Has R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Kelly, abused women and sometimes girls for decades? This accusation is now at least from the "Surviving R. Kelly" documentation. In the production of the American station Lifetime, which is six-part and started last week, various women report how the music is said to have made them addicted, abused and silent. Many of them were very young at that time and sometimes even underage.
The speakers include R. Kelly's ex-wife Andrea, his former boyfriends Jerhonda Pace and Kitti Jones, and his colleague Sparkle. The latter took the music during the wing in 1998. Sparkle explains in the documentary film how the 51-year-old had forbidden others to talk to her.
Sex with a year Aaliyah?
His marriage to Aaliyah is also covered in "Survivor R. Kelly". The singer, who died in a plane crash in 2001, was only 15 years old, R. Kelly 27. His previous background dances Jovante Cunningham explains about an event in the tour bus: "We were all in our bunks and had the curtains open, everyone talked to each other and laughed when a door flew up on the bus Robert had sex with Aaliyah. "According to Cunnigham, he did things for her that no adult should do with a child.
In addition, musician John Legend is in the documentation position. On Twitter, he confirmed, "I believe in these women and terrible, I'm not going to cover a serial midwife."
And what does R. Kelly say about the serious allegations? He has not yet commented on this. However, his lawyers have already announced that they would take legal action against the sender's lifetime.
