It's been more than two decades, but Britney Spears and Ryan Gosling had a Meeting of "Mickey Mouse Club" in the program "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Friday.

The behind-the-scenes meeting featured Gosling, 37, recalling how much time had passed since he saw Spears, 36, his co-star in "The All New Mickey Mouse Club," which was released in 1993.

"Neither of you can remember, which I think is a sign that it's been a while," Gosling told DeGeneres.

The children's show boosted their entertainment careers, which are now in another stratosphere, and also featured the presence of Christina Aguilera, Keri Russell, JC Chasez and Justin Timberlake.

"I was used to working with talented people, but that was another level," he added.

When DeGeneres asked Gosling what his talent was, he said breathlessly: "I was like, & # 39; I'm Canadian & # 39 ;."

Gosling also promoted his epic film, "First Man," in which he plays astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first human to walk on the moon.
