The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that The Batman will start filming with Matt Reeves as the command starts in November.
4 years ago we talked about the new Batman movie. After Christopher Nolan's trilogy, Warner Bros. launched the franchise of all superheroes of DC Comics. What began with Ben Affleck in command as director, screenwriter and protagonist, could end up with absolutely nothing for the actor.

As reported in The Hollywood Reporter, November is chosen for Matt Reeves to begin with The Batman (a priori will keep the same title). The script is already entering its final stages, although the THR emphasizes that it could undergo changes to the start of shooting.
What we don't really know anything about is cast, since we don't know what Reeves' approach is for this new section of Gotham City defender. The filmmaker had said he wanted to show a younger version of the character, so Ben Affleck would be out of the equation.
