Amy Schumer and her husband Chris Fischer are expecting their first child together. On Monday, her friend Jessica Yellin of News Not Noise announced it through Instagram Stories.
"I wanted to share some news from our community, maybe it's noise but it's a happy noise," Yellin said. "Therefore, I am not in the business of making voting recommendations, but these are the recommendations of Amy Schumer, one of the most consistent and supporters of News Not Noise." At the end of a list of candidates recommended by Congress and Schumer's governor was simply the line: "I'm pregnant, Amy Schumer."
Schumer alluded to the pregnancy on her own Instagram account, with a parody on a photo of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The rumors about Schumer's pregnancy began shortly after she and Fischer married in a private ceremony in Malibu, California, on February 13, 2018. The couple exchanged vows with about 80 people, including Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal , Jennifer Lawrence, Chelsea Handler, Larry David and David Spade.

Hours after sharing the happy news, Schumer addressed the growing wave of speculation as to why she and Fischer had decided to walk down the aisle after a few months of dating.
Abruptly, the I feel pretty Star wrote on social media: "No, I'm not pregnant."
The rumors returned to circulate in July when the actress shared in Instagram that she was "cooking something up", publishing a photo with her hands hanging near her belly. But she again rejected the rumors days later.
Although Schumer and Fischer, a chef, started dating in November of last year, the two managed to keep their relationship out of the limelight until shortly before their wedding.

Just three days before their nuptials, the Trainwreck star made their relationship official social media by sharing a sweet photo of kisses on Instagram.
"Happy birthday @theellenshow, thank you for receiving us!", Wrote the actress next to a black and white photo of the couple sharing a kiss, which was probably taken during the celebration of the 60th party of Ellen DeGeneres in February.
The couple was first seen together in New York City in November 2016, chatting during a candlelit dinner, although at that time Schumer's representative declined to comment on whether their relationship was romantic.
