NEW YORK (AP) – Martha Stewart's first Uber ride was not a good thing.
Stewart ordered the "most expensive version" out of Tiffany's flagship store in New York City on Monday. As Stewart explained in an Instagram post removed since then, she wanted to be picked up on Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.
Stewart wrote that the first car did not appear and the second one was parked "halfway" on the street where "I could not see the license plate". That car was pointed in the wrong direction, delaying his trip while the car meandered through Midtown Manhattan traffic.
But the worst part for the national businessman was that the car "was a disaster inside and out !!!!!!!!" She posted a photo showing debris on the floor and two bottles of water.
Uber did not return a message looking for comment.
