Actress Heart Evangelista gives up on what appears to be an important project in China, when she revealed to pack heavily for a few days of "adventure like no other".
Evangelista, 33, sparked speculation among her 3 million Instagram followers who crowned her transit to China, as well as her first day there.
By looking at her window from her flight seat, she wrote: "As I looked out my window today, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Here, I'll start on an adventure like no other, and I couldn't be more excited. "
"Here we hope we have packed enough outfits for my stay here," she said in a post showing at least six luggage she had packed for the trip.
She also said she was "mentally preparing for the busy days ahead" in the caption of a photo of her holding a cup of coffee.
Evangelista did not give details of their project in China, but it has not stopped fans from speculating. A number asked if it had anything to do with "China Rich Girlfriend", the big screen sequel to the 2018 blockbuster "Crazy Rich Asians."
Evangelista has formed a friendship with the author of the series on which the films are based, Kevin Kwan. In particular, she was personally contacted by Kwan to join the Harper's Bazaar function on real "crazy rich Asians" when they visited Paris Fashion Week.
An actress since she was 13, the Evangelista has not heard of auditioning for, but not playing a role in "Crazy Rich Asians." She has, however, said that she is open to further international projects if she is to receive offers.
